This is the heart of the Accord K24 Turbo Kit. We tested several different sizes and selected an A/R and trim to provide great throttle response as well as great top end power. This GT30R is capable of well over 475whp on the 2.4Liter Accord engine. We see full boost (10psi) at 3200rpm with great improvements in low end TQ over the stock engine as well as more than doubling the stock HP power output of the K24 motor.

This is our 3rd and final design for the Accord K24 Turbo Manifold. After testing several different configurations we found this to be the most efficient.

The manifold is made from high quality Stainless Steel with thick .120” wall tubing. Benefits are higher thermal insulation over the normal .065” wall material commonly used, faster spool up, lower noise and a rock solid platform for the turbo, wastegate and exhaust to attach to. We incorporated a high quality merge collector to smoothly collect the hot gasses into the turbine from each runner. The wastegate outlet is merged smoothly into the collector, which gives our kit solid boost control under all conditions. All flange surfaces are machined true for a solid seal against the turbo and cylinder head. Exceptionally clean welds and perfect fitment all add up to make a truly reliable and great looking manifold.

The intercooling system has been designed with performance, fitment, and appearance in mind. The piping is highly polished 2.5” aluminum tubing. The bar and plate intercooler easily fits in the front end of the Accord and attaches with our custom brackets. The large 20x12x3 core will provide enough capacity to cool the GT30R at full output. An aluminum flange for a Tial 50mm BOV is welded on here at our facility for quick fitment during installation.

The Stage 1 Fuel system for the Accord consists of (4) 650cc Injectors, Injectors Clips, High Flow 255lph fuel pump and the Haltech Interceptor box.
